There really is no greater joy than to know that our children are walking in the truth and serving God. This is our prayer for all our spiritual children as well. We rejoice exceedingly for the blessed privilege of having the whole family together for a couple of weeks to welcome in a new year and celebrate our great heritage as a family. We each serve God in different capacities and in different places but we find strength and encouragement through our times together.
The past three months have been loaded with activities. In both the Bateias a
nd Mighty Fortress churches we formed an adult choir and a children's choir. We practiced separately and then joined together for the Christmas programs in both churches. I like trying to make Christmas special for others and always emphasize that our greatest desire is to honor and praise God for his great Gift to us - Jesus!
