Saturday, March 3 a new Free Lutheran work was dedicated for God’s glory! The rented quarters are located in Borda do Campo, a suburb of The Free Lutheran church in Vila Camargo is heading up the new work. For several months a group from the Vila Camargo church, established in 1991, has faithfully been teaching the Word of God on Sunday mornings.
Dona Gessy, now 75 years old, who was very instrumental in the establishment of the Vila Camargo church, is now actively involved in this new church plant. Starting in March the new church will have regular Sunday morning and Sunday evening services.
